Partnership with the city of Warsaw in MIPIM and EXPO REAL
Warsaw takes part in international investment fairs – MIPIM in Cannes and EXPO REAL in Munich- presenting its investment potential. Every year Warsaw Economic Development Department invites Business partners to coorganize joint participation in the fairs to strenghten positive massage to international investors. There are presented not only urban and commercial real estates , but also all the city’s advantages, which have a crucial influence on investors’ decisions regarding the development or commencement of operations in our city.
As part of the activities undertaken at the fair, we also promote young Warsaw’s entrepreneurs and support startups!

21520 m2 of the exhibition space , 26,000 delegates from over 100 countries, including 5,400 investors and financial institutions, 10126 companies, 392 stands. The stand of the City of Warsaw, measuring 105m2, was located in the area of ”Riviera 8″ near other Polish cities, including Lodz, Wroclaw, Poznan and Krakow.

The city has presented municipal real estates for sale and the latest report „Poland your place to invest 2018” created in cooperation with Polish cities and agencies associated in PORF.
Among the municipal real estate offer there were: Prymasa Tysiąclecia St. (4179m2), St.Stalowa (1955m2), Mariańska and Twarda St. (1027m2), Kasprowicza St. (1972m2), Grochowska St. (3865m2), Czapelska Kruszewskiego St. (1800m2) and Cieszyńska St.(3539m2).

As part of the activities at the fair, we also organized Warsaw panel „Warsaw – the Largest Metropolis in CEE – New Areas for Development”, that had many participants.
Our panelists Marlena Happach – Architecture and Spatial Planning Department of the city of Warsaw , Aleksandra Wasilkowska – architect, engineer, Thomas Pucher – architect, creator of Synfonia Varsovia, Marcin Mostafa – architect, WWAA architectural studio and Richard Stephens – founder and editor-in-chief of Poland Today.
